The website itself does not perform notarizations, administer oaths or affirmations, witness signatures, verify identity, certify copies, choose notarial certificates, prepare legal documents, determine whether a document may lawfully be notarized, or provide legal services.
Appointment requests may be forwarded to one or more independent third-party notary service providers operating in Central Pennsylvania. Any provider who contacts you is independent from Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC. No employment, agency, partnership, franchise, joint venture or fiduciary relationship is created between Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC and any provider merely because a lead is forwarded through this website.
Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC does not control and is not responsible for a provider's availability, response time, conduct, scheduling, travel area, pricing, notarial decisions, commission status, bond status, insurance, equipment, recordkeeping, legal compliance, quality of service, or any act or omission before, during or after an appointment.
No Guarantee of Response, Appointment, Eligibility or Outcome
Submitting a request is not an appointment confirmation and does not guarantee a callback, response, quote, same-day availability, service at a particular location, remote notarization, or completion of any notarial act. A notary may decline or be legally unable to perform a requested act based on identification, personal-appearance requirements, the document presented, the notarial certificate, signer circumstances, conflicts of interest, willingness, competence, facility restrictions or other legal or practical considerations.
No statement on this site guarantees that a notarized document will be legally valid, enforceable, recordable, acceptable to a court, lender, government agency, title company, medical provider, foreign authority or any other recipient. The receiving institution or your attorney should confirm document-specific requirements.

Identity, personal appearance and signer requirements

Remote online notarization

Pennsylvania permits remote online notarization, but the notary performing the act must be properly authorized and must use compliant technology and procedures. Not every document, signer, receiving party or circumstance will be suitable for remote notarization. Copies, records and document limitations
Not all records are eligible for notarial copy certification. Certain Federal, State and County records must be certified by the public office that maintains the official record. The independent notary is responsible for determining whether a requested notarial act can lawfully be performed.
Fees and travel charges
Pennsylvania sets maximum fees for notarial acts. Any notarial fee, travel charge, convenience charge or other permitted service charge is determined and disclosed by the independent provider subject to applicable law. Pricing shown or described on this site, if any, is informational only and is not a binding quote or offer from Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC. Confirm all charges directly with the provider before scheduling.
Hospitals, Care Facilities, Homes & Public Meeting Places
References to hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, assisted-living facilities, libraries, hotels, cafés, municipal buildings or other locations are provided only to help users describe or locate a possible meeting place. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting on behalf of any facility or business merely because it is named, mapped or displayed.
Facility staff may impose visitor, identification, parking, access, privacy, infection-control, visiting-hour or patient-contact requirements. Provider Credentials — Your Responsibility to Verify
Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC does not represent that it has independently audited or continuously monitors every provider's current Pennsylvania notary commission, bond, errors-and-omissions insurance, remote-notary authorization or other credential. You are responsible for asking the provider to confirm any credential that matters to you before proceeding. Pennsylvania notaries are commissioned and regulated by the Pennsylvania Department of State.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, designers, affiliates and assigns shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for property damage, personal injury, financial loss, lost opportunity, document rejection, missed deadline, travel expense, privacy loss or other damages arising from or related to:

- a form submission, failed transmission, delayed response or no response;
- any act, omission, negligence, misconduct or decision of an independent notary or other provider;
- a provider's refusal or inability to perform a notarial act;
- incorrect, incomplete or outdated website, map or third-party information;
- the selection or use of a suggested public meeting place;
- facility access, signer availability, identification, witnesses or document eligibility;
- fees, pricing disputes, scheduling disputes, cancellations or no-shows;
- the validity, enforceability, acceptance or rejection of any document or notarization; or
- unauthorized access to, loss of or alteration of information transmitted through third-party services.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the aggregate liability of Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC arising from use of this website shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law and, where a monetary cap is enforceable, shall not exceed the greater of one dollar ($1.00) or the amount you paid directly to Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC for use of this website during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Release of Claims Concerning Independent Providers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that disputes concerning the actual notarial service — including provider conduct, fees, scheduling, identification decisions, refusal to notarize, document handling, alleged negligence or the result of a notarization — are disputes between you and the independent provider. You agree not to treat Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC as the provider of the underlying notarial service solely because the initial contact originated through this website.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors and assigns from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these terms, information you submit that infringes another person's rights, or claims arising from an appointment or transaction between you and an independent provider, except to the extent such indemnification is prohibited by law.
Privacy Notice — Information We Collect
Appointment forms may collect your name, phone number, preferred appointment method (in person, online/remote or not sure), requested meeting location when applicable, town or service area, document category, timing preference and any optional notes you choose to provide. The site may also send technical context such as the source page and service-area page from which a request originated.
How Form Information Is Used & Shared
Form submissions are processed through Basin, a third-party form-processing service, and may be delivered to Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC and/or an independent notary service provider for the purpose of responding to the request, confirming details, providing a quote, arranging an appointment or following up about the request. Information is not sold or rented as a consumer-data product; sharing with a provider is inherent to the referral function you request when submitting the form.
Once information has been delivered to an independent provider, that provider may maintain its own business and notarial records under its own legal obligations and privacy practices. Logan Ridge Creative Studio LLC does not control a provider's legally required notary journal or independent record-retention practices.
Maps, External Services, Cookies & Technical Data
Pages may embed Google Maps, open Google Maps search links, and use Basin for form processing. Those third parties may receive IP address, browser/device information, location information you voluntarily enter or search, cookies or other technical information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third-party cookies or data practices.

Security & Data Retention
